Resolved: Problem with azure 900 exam
- Invigilator asked to remove headset due to a malfunctioning microphone.
- Time elapsed while relaunching on VUE; I could not proceed or reschedule.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Exam has been rescheduled to next week

During the verification process for my Azure Exam today, the invigilator requested that I remove my headset due to a malfunctioning microphone. However, by the time I attempted to relaunch the exam on VUE, the allotted time had elapsed, and I was unable to proceed or reschedule.

I Need to restart cluster in azure but i can do This , and where i try to modify secret by executing this command az aks update-credentials --resource-group Kubernetes it show failed staus

Stop the azure service
Stop all my Azure account services. And how do I stop my payment process for this situation? So, please update me and close all the services.

Not resolved my ticket
No solution came from Microsoft team after 5 days.If someone open a ticket, they should follow and resolve the issue.The customer need not follow with microsoft.

Need to contact billing about future billings to my credit card (account now closed) I no longer want future charges going to my Discover account.
Preferred solution: Need to know if I have an existing Azure account, I could not locate my Azure sign on and can't seem to reach a live agent.
User's recommendation: Microsoft makes it very difficult for elderly customers to get phone help. We cannot all follow written online directions.
Closure of an unused account
Sir/ Madam, i have called and wriiten several time pleading that my account should be closed. i created this account since last year just for training purposes just for a day.
I no longer need or use this account and every month i received a monthly bill. I phoned in January 2021 and the authority that i spoke with, closed the account yet money are deducted monthly. Please kindly closed the account, i used it for training purposed and had never used it again.
The account is not active yet i received monthly bill The recent bill is Miscrosoft #G005805 MSBILL,INFO WA NO 10/19. $29

I believe that I had cancelled Azure last August, when I determined by asking that I no longer needed to subscribe to Azure.
