I'm very disappointed with Azure and Microsoft services. As a software developer I choose Azure cloud computing, VM, container registry, Azure devops for deployment and other services that Azure offers. I'm the administrator and the only member of my organization, I don't know for what reason I turned to be tenant and don't have access to my resources. I can't manage anything in my account there is no other alternative. I tried create a ticket for the Microsoft support team the system won't let me. I called the Microsoft sales team, the only team that is actually reachable they don't have solutions the issue that should be easy fix. I'm disappointed, I spend the last six months of my time learning the Azure portal, services and resources, I spend money paying the resources i don't have access at this time. I know decided to take that as a lost and move on to AWS or GCP.

It was bad experience overall. I am unable to access my subscription and all resources underneath for a week now. I opened a support ticket with some difficulty which was closed without resolution or proper reason.

In the Azure portal I was not able to create a support ticket. It kept going in a loop and didn't allow me to create a ticket. So there I am stuck with a service that is not working (2 days already) and a bunch of customers that are on top of me because the DB is down. I worked with AWS and it's very easy to create a ticket and if you really need to you can have a representative give you a call. This is crazy. I would let anyone who is considering opening an Azure account to try out the customer service so you see before hand the difficulty and not when you production service is down and there is no one there to help you.
