- Computer was hacked; Outlook and Yahoo stayed signed in.
- After failed Microsoft/Yahoo support, PISSED Consumer solved the issue.
My computer got hacked. On the computer I was always signed in on outlook and yahoo emails.
Im in a small town and at the time no one had desktops for ssle so I bought an iPad but couldnt remember the passwords.
Froma Saturday until the next Wednesday I tried contacting Microsoft and yahoo by their tech support phone numbers but only got recordings and when I stated the problem they hung up. I stumbled into PISSED Consumer and the problem got solved.
User's recommendation: Good luck dealing with MS or Yahoo by phone. It was a very exasperating experience.

- The user is entitled to Azure Credits that remain unresolved.
- The ticket appears to have been deleted.
Today I followed up with the support ticket and to my surprise... the new one was also Deleted OMG!
See new image attached.The support technician mentioned “I'll close this service request as duplicated” but:1. This new support ticket was created precisely because the previous person who was working on this Deleted the ticket.2. The original ticket (TrackingID#260324****006313 created on 03-24-2026) isn’t even available in Azure anymore when choose “All history” from the Created drop-down (see image below).3.
If I’m correct about the ticket “Deletion”, this would be a highly Unethical and Unprofessional thing to do and should be escalated to Top Management for immediate corrective action. If this was done by one of my employees or contractors s/he would be terminated immediately.
Today, I checked and it seems they conveniently deleted the Support Ticket (see image attached). To be honest, the support I've received on this request has been terrible and very frustrating.
I feel like a ping-pong ball going back and forth with them. Nobody can sit down with me and explain what's going on in detail and what to do next.

- The system misread my declined offers as a yes.
- I received 5 jars of Batana Oil.
- I want to return them and ensure my account is not charged.
I don't know what the company's problem is. While I was placing my order, I declined other offers, but it seems the system mistakenly took my declining as a positive response.
So far, I have received 5 jars of Batana Oil.
How do I send these jars back? Hopefully, you will not charge my account.

I tried all the methods (listed above) and failed to contact Microsoft at all! My issue, (concerning Microsoft Azure, which I have never ordered) was raised by my bank's fraud centre and access to my card for online purchases was prohibited! This is a huge problem for me, as I live in a remote and rural area!
None of the phone numbers on your site were successful! I tried them all!
I was very unsatisfied! I want future customers to beware!

- Charged for services we did not request or use.
- Charged over 41k without authorization and funds were taken from our account.
They keep say that it’s their fault and funds will be reversed but nothing on our account so far. It’s been months! Never using them again!Dr Finnegan
We have been tirelessly trying to communicate with the Azure Customer Services. They have acknowledged that there was a glitch on their part. Nonetheless, we have not seen any refunds as they keep stalling the issue, whilst we are at loss with 54219.69 dollars taken unauthorised from our account!!
Microsoft Azure charged us for something we didn't ask for or use. They charged us over 41k without authorization and just took the money from our account.
A small business like ours can't survive this. It's criminal!

- Paused subscription during emergency; assets deleted.
- Sign-in is hard; no phone help.

I have been in medical emergency related recovery and needed to temporarily turn off the subscription, and there is no way inside the portal to reactivate it automatically to prevent my assets from being lost. So today I got a message they deleted my assets and I cannot reach anyone on the phone for help.
After many hours of trying to sign into the account I am finally inside - I go through this each time with their website, and it's difficult if not impossible to sign into the portal!!! I need to reactivate the subscription and somebody to help me download my assets for safe keeping also. Now I am pale with worry and so nervous, my heart is in my stomach. I hope my assets are not all gone!!!
Help!!! I put a ticket in and no reply... And there seems to be no way to call with my ticket number for support even after signing in successfully after hours of trying / and days/ weeks!!!
I don't know what to do and don't understand why they make their site so difficult to sign into and their support is nonexistent. How do I reach a human?

Nobody attended to my request. I sent several mails but no one responded.
Kindly assist to escalate to the appropriate team. My issue is that I cannot subcribe to the azure service. I am working on azure cloud computing as a data engineer but I am stuck now.

- Difficult to reach Azure support; severity cannot be changed; emergency for data/assets.
- No support number; callbacks may be blocked as SPAM.
Just finally got through after five attempts to call Azure support.
There is no support.
They did say they will tell them it is urgent but can't change the severity of the support ticket.
Then he hung up before I could get his name and ID number, - he was in the middle of saying they will call at some point in the next 8 hrs despite this being an emergency for my data/ my assets for my startup co.
I am extremely stressed out and just trying to recover from medical issues with some peace of mind.
I voiced my concern for the lack of a customer support phone number - they rely on call centers to call back. But consumer's phones may block these numbers as SPAM without the customer even knowing they called.
THIS IS A PROBLEM MICROSOFT.

I only used this account to work on the assignment and labs for this course. On march 9th I will be getting this massive bill. Can someone please let me know if I am the only one in the class with this problem. I regret that I didn't wait for the request that I sent to get approved.
After sending the request to use the pipeline for free. Azure has not responded back for over a week. I was concirned that azure won't get back to me on time to work on lab 6. This is why I decided to pay.
I didn't think or knew that azure pipelines can be so expensive. Can I sent a second request to azure for being able to use the pipelines for free.
I might have used public instead of private or vise verse. Could this be the reason azure never got back to me even after the second week.

Microsoft sucks...
My DB on Azure fell during the day and there is no easy way to open a support ticket. I also tried to call customer service to no avail.
What am the *** am I supposed to do I have angry customers that cannot connect to the site because the DB doesn't work.
This would not happen on AWS.
